Unscrew the cap of the commercial prefabricated tube (with 5ml of digestive fluid) on the reagent rack, inject a predetermined volume of sample or standard series (potassium hydrogen phthalate) or blank with a pipette, tighten the cap, and put the sample tube into the sample rack inside the instrument.
The graphite digestor of the instrument starts to heat up to 165 ℃, triggering the robot to transfer the sample (up to 100) Transfer to the digestion area one by one, and the timing is 15 minutes (can also be customized). The instrument transfers the digested samples to the sample rack. The instrument starts the cold air circulation cooling, waits for the temperature sensor to cool to 60 ℃, triggers the robot to take out the sample tubes one by one and mix them upside down for 5 seconds, and puts them into the test tube rack. After completion, wait for the temperature sensor to cool to reach room temperature (about 20 ℃), trigger the robot transfer the sample tubes to spectrophotometer. Three wavelengths of 440nm and 600nm and 680nm (turbidity elimination) were used for the measurement.
